Instructors

The Reverend Fr. Michael Oyer has been the rector of Holy Dormition Orthodox Church in Santa Rosa, California since 1991. He is a priest of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, Diocese of the USA, Canada and Australia. He is a co-founder of St. Paisius Missionary School and has taught in the Missionary School for twelve years, giving lectures and conferences in Santa Rosa, and throughout the United States.

The Reverend Fr. Philip Tolbert is a priest of the Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Diocese of the USA, Canada and Australia, and is the Director of the Bulgarian Orthodox Youth Apostolate for the Diocese. He is a co-founder of the St. Paisius Missionary School. Fr. Philip’s Popadia, Junia, has been one of the principal instructors
for the children’s program at our Family Conferences for the past 12 years.
